The waterpark is seasonal. Open Memorial Day weekend (Last weekend in May) through Labor Day weekend (First weekend in September).
The machine is located just outside the gift shop which is just inside the entrance. It does cost to get in, but if you ask, they may let you in to press the pennies. I have done this a few times before.
