The machine is located near the entrance, left side, behind the ticket counter. You can ask to use the machine without paying, if you just want the penny designs. It is immediately next to the entrance to the gift shop.
Colorado Model Railroad Museum has a large Model Train setup with multiple trains operating on a landscape design. The building is located next to an actual railroad and South of the Union Pafic Train Depot. In July, you can visit to see "Big Boy" running its annual trip from Cheyenne, WY to Denver, CO and back to Cheyenne.
